My history

My Path to Healing

For a long time, I believed I had to face my struggles alone. No one could truly understand the weight I carried, and asking for help felt like a sign of weakness. But as my anxiety and self-doubt grew, I realized that isolation was only making things harder. That’s when I turned to Mentora’s Support Group, and everything started to change.

Walking into my first session, I felt uncertain and vulnerable. But as I listened to others share their stories—stories that mirrored my own fears and struggles—I felt something I hadn’t felt in a long time: hope. I wasn’t alone.

With each session, I found strength in the shared experiences of others. I learned to open up, to let go of the shame that had kept me silent for so long. The group became a safe space where I could be heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

Through this journey, I discovered that true healing isn’t about facing challenges alone—it’s about leaning on others, embracing support, and finding resilience in connection. Today, I move forward with a lighter heart, knowing that I am stronger not despite my struggles, but because I found the courage to share them. Together, we heal.
